The American Red Cross, at a recent Emergency Services Party,
recognized Carol O'Connell for her volunteerism and dedication to Disaster
Services. Carol's partnership with the Red Cross began in March of 2003 when she
joined the "DAT" (Disaster Action Team), an after hours on call volunteer that
responds to disasters in Calhoun and Branch Counties.
