Disaster Action Team "DAT" responds to River Apt. fire in the early morning hours of May 9, 2006. Twelve of the twenty four units were destroyed by the fire caused by unattended cooking. The Calhoun County Chapter response included food, clothing, comfort kits, prescriptions and eye glass replacement. The DAT team also responded by providing coffee, water & snack bars to the fire & police departments at the scene.
